KKS (Chemical Registration System) is the Ministry's online platform where pre-MBDF, MBDF, registration and notification procedures within the scope of KKDIK are carried out.

System Access and Authorization
Access to the Chemical Registration System is provided by authorization obtained through the company's online environmental information system. Authorization is person-based and the personnel performing the transaction must be defined on behalf of the company. Failure to delegate authority during personnel changes is the most common problem that leads to loss of access to the system in the middle of the registration process.
Entry of Company and Article Information
First the company name and then the item identification information are entered into the system. CAS number, EC number, IUPAC name and purity information must be consistent in the substance identification. Substance names written differently in different documents create separate records in the system, causing the tonnage total to appear incorrect.
File Upload and Format Control
The technical file is prepared in the specified format and uploaded to the system. Checking the file with its own verification tools before uploading prevents the majority of applications that the system rejects. Missing required fields and inconsistent unit usage are the most common reasons for rejection.
Correct Role Selection
In the system, the roles of manufacturer, importer, sole representative and downstream user bring different sets of obligations. Choosing the wrong role becomes a mistake that is difficult to correct later and in some cases requires re-application. Before choosing a role, it is essential to clearly determine the position in the supply chain.
Post-Application Follow-up
After the application is submitted, notifications coming through the system must be followed regularly. If deficiency requests from the institution are not responded to within a certain period of time, the application may be removed from the process. It's risky for notifications to land on just one person's email; It is recommended to define a second monitoring officer within the institution.
Common System Errors
The points that users have the most difficulty with are; Loss of unsaved data due to session expiration, failure to load large files and browser incompatibility. Taking intermediate records for long form entries, trying file uploads outside working hours, and using an up-to-date browser eliminates most of these problems. Recording the error message received from the system with a screenshot speeds up the resolution of the support request.
Continuity of Chemical Registration System Authorization
Since Chemical Registration System access is granted on a per-person basis, failure to delegate authority during personnel changes will result in loss of access in the middle of the process. It is recommended that at least two people are authorized and that system notifications also fall on a second monitoring person. If deficiency requests received through the Chemical Registration System are not responded to in a timely manner, the application may be removed from the process.
What is KKS?
KKS is the abbreviation of Chemical Registration System. KKS entry and Integrated Environmental Information System relationship
KKS cannot be entered with an independent username. Access is opened with the company's Integrated Environmental Information System (e-ÇBS / UÇBS) identity and authorization is given on a per-person basis.
