This text explains how we, ONAY Mühendislik, process your personal data. It has been prepared to fulfill our obligation to inform within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698.

2. What data do we process
a) What you send us directly. When you fill out the contact form, send an e-mail or reach us by phone: name and surname, company name, position, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message.
b) What you share within the scope of consultancy service. Commercial and technical information of your company in KKDIK, REACH, GBF, UFI/PCN and sole representation processes: substance identity, CAS/EC numbers, tonnage information, supply chain role, authorized person information and Documents such as power of attorney/LoA.
c) Automatically collected technical data. When you visit the site, IP address, browser and device information, pages you visit and duration of visit.
3. Our processing purposes
- To respond to your requests for offers and information
- To carry out chemical regulations consultancy services; Complete KKDIK registration, MBDF processes, sole representation, GBF preparation, and UFI/PCN notifications
- Establishing and executing contracts, invoicing and accounting transactions
- To fulfill our obligations arising from the legislation

4. legal reasons

In cases other than these reasons, we will ask for your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of data
To authorized public institutions. Due to the nature of KKDIK registration and notification processes, company and substance information in the registration files are shared with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change through the Chemical Registration System (KKS). This sharing is mandatory for the registration to be completed.
In joint registration processes. Within the scope of MBDF (Substance Information Exchange Forum), data sharing with other registrants with whom you carry out joint registration is done only with your instruction and knowledge.
To our service providers. With our suppliers from whom we receive server hosting, e-mail and accounting services, only to the extent required by the service.
In the Exclusive Representation service carried out for foreign manufacturers or exporters, data may be transferred abroad as per the correspondence made with the company we represent. This transfer is subject to KVKK m. It is done in the 9 framework.
6. Storage period
We store data regarding registration files and contracts for the statute of limitations and retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation (as a rule, 10 years). We will only store the contact data you provide for information requests for a maximum of 2 years after your request is finalized, and then delete it.
7. Cookies
Our site uses cookies to operate basic functions and measure visit statistics. Mandatory cookies are necessary for the site to work. You can reject or delete measurement cookies in your browser settings; In this case, some parts of the site may not work as expected.
8. Data security
We implement technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and disclosure: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access authorization, regular backups and confidentiality commitments signed with our employees. The trade secret information you share within the scope of consultancy is also protected under the confidentiality agreement.
9. Your rights under KVKK

- Requesting correction, deletion and destruction to be notified to third parties to whom the data is transferred
- Objecting to a result that is against you by being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems
- Requesting compensation if you suffer damage due to illegal processing
10. Application
You can submit your requests regarding your rights by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the above address. We will finalize your application free of charge within 30 days, depending on its nature. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your application, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

We review this text in line with changes in legislation and updates to our services. The current version is always published on this page; The date at the top of the page indicates the last update date.
