What do we do?
ONAY Mühendislik provides consultancy in the field of chemical regulatory compliance. Our center of gravity is KKDIK registration and sole representation; In addition, we work on EU REACH, UK REACH, SEA/CLP classification, safety data sheet, UFI/PCN notification, biocidal and cosmetic legislation.
The way we work
We start every job with inventory: items, CAS numbers, annual quantities, and company role. Without this table, it cannot be accurately said which liability has arisen and what the cost will be. Technical work only begins after this step.
What do we care about?
We focus on building defensible dossiers. An exemption claim needs a justification, a classification needs a basis, and a tonnage declaration needs evidence. During an inspection, the basis for the conclusion matters as much as the conclusion itself.
Who do we work with?
Companies producing in Turkey, importers and foreign manufacturers exporting to Turkey are our main customer groups. As the sole representative in Turkey for foreign manufacturers, we undertake the registration obligation and transfer their importers to downstream user status.
