ONAY Mühendislik has been providing consultancy on chemical regulations compliance processes since 2010. The figures below are a summary of the actual work we carried out within the scope of KKDIK and REACH.

What do these numbers mean?
2,000+ the number of companies consulted; 14.000+ refers to the number of items in process. These two numbers are different measurements; It is not used as the number of leading files or the number of completed shared records. The process carried out does not mean that the registration process is completed for every item.
As September 30, 2026 approaches
The deadline for Individual provisional registration obligation is 30 September 2026; Final full registration dates start from 31 December 2026, depending on the tonnage band. With this experience pool, ONAY supports companies to quickly complete inventory, MBDF and file preparation in the time remaining until the deadline.

What do the numbers on this page tell you?
Numbers alone are not a reference; It shows what kind of work we have accumulated experience in. The main determinant in the KKDIK process is not the number of substances managed, but the difficulties these substances present: whether there is a leader in the forum, the size of the data gap and the complexity of the supply chain.
On which topics does experience accumulate?
Our work focuses on five areas: registration and pre-registration; MBDF forum management and data negotiations; technical dossiers and chemical safety reports; safety data sheets and labelling; and UFI and PCN notifications. Each area requires specific expertise and its own timetable.
Why is the number of items alone not enough?
A company may have a hundred items, but ninety of them may be low tonnage and registered. If it is another company's only item, it may require a leading logging and testing program. For this reason, when bidding, we look at the condition of the items, not the number of items.
What we measure: duration and predictability
The most meaningful indicator for us is the predictable progress of the process. Being able to estimate the time from taking the inventory to submitting the file means that the company can set up its production and export plan accordingly.
How are these numbers counted?
Company and item numbers are corporate information confirmed by ONAY Mühendislik on September 21, 2026. It does not constitute an independent audit or competitor ranking.

31 December 2026 full registration scope is determined by considering the hazard class together with the annual manufacturing or import tonnage: substances of 1,000 tonnes and above; 1 tonne and above for CMR Category 1A/1B; 100 tonnes and above for Aquatic Acute 1 and/or Aquatic Chronic 1.
