Only Representative (OR) Services for KKDIK Registration
Foreign (non-Turkish) manufacturers cannot register directly under KKDIK. Appointing a Turkey-based Only Representative (OR) is the most efficient route: the OR manages all registration obligations centrally, importers become downstream users and are relieved of their own registration burden, confidential composition data is protected, and tonnage is tracked centrally. Only Representative (OR) in Turkey under KKDIK
Under KKDIK (“Turkey REACH”), a non-Turkish manufacturer cannot register a substance directly. To keep exporting to Turkey, a foreign company must appoint a Turkey-based Only Representative (OR) who assumes the importers’ registration obligations on its behalf. Appointing an OR lets your Turkish customers import as “downstream users” rather than registrants, protecting your commercial relationships and your confidential data.

No. KKDIK requires a separate Turkey-based Only Representative; an EU OR has no legal standing under KKDIK.
