Define the representation scope
The represented non-Türkiye legal entity, covered substances, products, effective date, data duties and change-notification process should be explicit. Affiliates should not be assumed to be covered unless the legal arrangement supports that conclusion.
Türkiye importers need clear written confirmation showing which manufacturer and substances are covered. The importer list must be reviewed when routes to market or distributors change.

Control tonnage and data changes
