Purpose and scope of the two stages

The most critical issue during the temporary registration phase is the correct match of the company role and the item ID. Incorrect CAS/EC information, composition range or representation relationship can directly affect the subsequent registration strategy.

At the full registration stage, technical data requirements, tonnage band, right of use of existing works, role in joint registration and keeping the file up to date come to the fore. The decision to act as a leader, jointly or individually, should not be based solely on cost.

How to set up a cost and schedule plan?

Calendar; It should be divided into separate work packages as inventory verification, communication, data evaluation, contract, technical file and system submission. A delayed data access decision can affect the schedule of the entire file.

Correct migration plan

Temporary registration data should be retained as the initial data set for full registration, but must be revalidated. When supplier, tonnage, usage or composition changes, the impact of the dossier should be recorded.
