KKDİK — Türkiye’s Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, often called “Turkey REACH” — requires every chemical substance manufactured in or imported into Türkiye at one tonne or more per year to be registered. Foreign companies cannot register directly; they must act through a Türkiye-based Only Representative. What does KKDİK compliance involve?

KKDİK compliance is far more than data entry into the KKS system. It covers substance identity, tonnage banding, company role determination, data ownership and access, registration strategy, technical dossier preparation and audit-evidence management. By 30 September 2026, substances subject to registration must hold an applicable provisional or full registration status. Full registration deadlines remain phased by tonnage and hazard criteria: 31 December 2026, 2028 and 2030.

What is KKDİK?

Who must comply with KKDİK?

After the registration
