What the 2026 deadline covers
The 30 September 2026 date closes the window for individual provisional registration under the Turkish system. Companies that miss it risk losing the right to place the substance on the market. Foreign manufacturers face the tighter constraint, since they must act through an entity established in Türkiye.

The cost of starting late

Build the schedule from the deadline backwards: a date for the appointment, one for the enquiry, one for signing the letter of access and one for submission. Delays then become visible while they can still be corrected.
