What documents are required for KKDIK registration?
KKDIK (Turkey REACH) registration generally requires the substance’s precise identity (CAS/EC number, IUPAC name, purity and impurities, analytical data), manufacturing or import tonnage information, use and exposure information, physico-chemical, toxicological and ecotoxicological data, classification and labelling information and, where applicable, a Chemical Safety Report. On the administrative side, company details, a KKS account, authorisation documents and — for foreign manufacturers — an Only Representative appointment letter are needed. This information is compiled into an IUCLID technical dossier. The required documents and data set vary with the substance’s tonnage band and hazard profile. The document set
A KKDIK registration rests on four groups of documents: proof of legal identity, substance identity, volume evidence and data access. Missing any one of them stops the submission, and the gap is usually discovered late in the process.

- Appointment letter where an only representative is used
- CAS and EC numbers, purity range and impurity profile

The most common gap
Analytical data is missing more often than anything else. A specification sheet is not enough; the forum needs the underlying chromatograms and purity determination to confirm sameness. Requesting these from the supplier early saves weeks later.
Keeping the evidence file
Store everything in one dated evidence file alongside forum correspondence and contracts. Inspectors ask for that file first, and a complete set answers most questions without further discussion.
