ECBS Login: How to Enter the Integrated Environmental Information System?
ECBS login is made through the e-Government portal at ucbs.cevre.gov.tr. The system does not have a separate username and password; T.R. You log in with your ID number and e-Government password. In order to perform transactions on behalf of the company, you must be authorized in that company — being able to log in and being able to see the company are two different things, and most of the login problems arise from this distinction.

How to log in to ECBS?
- Go to ucbs.cevre.gov.tr. If you type the old ecbs.cevre.gov.tr address, an intermediate page titled “UCBS Forwarding” opens and takes you to the new login screen in a few seconds.
- On the screen that opens, it says “Select the input method”. If you are going to make a transaction on behalf of the company, select citizen login; Ministry personnel entry is a separate option.
- You will be directed to the e-Government screen. T.R. Log in with your ID number and e-Government password. Login via e-signature, mobile signature or internet banking is also accepted.
- If the login is successful, the system returns you to your user panel. If you are defined as a company representative, your company's records are listed here.
These four steps complete the personal login. If your company is not registered in the system at all, the panel will be empty; In that case, the company and facility registration must be opened first. You can find the steps on the how to register e-ÇBS page.
Which is the ECBS login address?
There are several addresses floating around in the field and only one of them is a working login screen:

If the old address does not show a login screen, it does not mean that there is a problem with your registration. Your company records, facility records and authorizations are preserved in this transition; you do not need to re-register.
What is ECBS?
ECBS (Integrated Environmental Information System) is an online system where the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change gathers notification, application, permit and registration procedures regarding environmental legislation under one roof. It registers your company and facilities individually with the Ministry, determines who can operate in which application, and opens the door to sub-applications such as waste, packaging, environmental permit, zero waste, chemical registration.
For companies operating in the chemical industry, the critical room of this framework is KKS (Chemical Registration System). All of your KKDIK obligations are carried out through that application and you cannot access KKS without EÇBS registration.

ECBS login problems and solutions
The most common situations and their real causes during the entry phase:

The first three lines in this list constitute the majority of the requests we receive saying "I cannot log in". All three are actually authorization problems, not login problems, and are solved not by technical support, but by an internal definition.
How to get ECBS password?
Not received. ECBS does not have its own password. Identity verification is done entirely through e-Government; Do not look for a step such as "I forgot my password" or "create a new user" in the system. The methods you can use are the methods accepted by e-Government:
- T.R. identification number + e-Government password
- e-signature
- Mobile signature
- Internet banking
- T.R. ID card (with chip ID and card reader)
Therefore, it is a prerequisite for the person who will log in to have an e-Government account. If the personnel who will log in on behalf of the company does not have an e-Government password, the process starts by obtaining a password from the PTT branch.
What should you do after logging in?
Gaining access is the start of the process. For a company in the chemical sector, the sequence is as follows, and each step depends on approval of the preceding step:
- Company registration and authorized identification. The company is registered in the system and the people who will perform the transaction are authorized.
- Facility registration and approval. Each production or storage facility is registered separately, pending Ministry approval.
- KKS application. Access to the Chemical Registration System is also requested.
- Article-based operations. Substance ID identification, pre-MBDF query, MBDF participation and technical file submission.
In terms of calendar, there are two separate deadlines and should not be confused: 30 September 2026 for individual provisional registration, 31 December 2026 for completion of KKDIK registration. Since company and facility approvals can take several business days, leaving login and registration until the last weeks is a real risk.

I logged in but my company is not visible, what should I do?
e-Government login is personal; In order to see the company, you must be defined as an authorized person in that company. If authorization is not given, the system will let you in, but you will see an empty panel. The solution is for the company representative to identify you in the system.
I get the warning "You are not authorized" at the ECBS login.
This warning does not mean the company, but that you do not have authority for the application you are trying to open. Authorizations are granted on an application-by-application basis; The company representative must also define authorization for you for the relevant application.
I entered ECBS, but KKS does not open.
ECBS registration and KKS access are not the same thing. KKS is an application that is applied separately within the system and requires Ministry approval. The KKS application will not be finalized until your company and facility registration is approved.
The authorized person has left the job, how do we enter ECBS?
Change of authority is a separate operation in the system. When the former official's e-Government access is closed, the company record may actually be locked. Therefore, complete the change of authority before the personnel leaves.
Can my advisor do the ECBS entry?
The consultant logs in with his own e-Government account; In order to view your company's records, it must be authorized in the system. In order to carry out KKDIK transactions, KKS authorization must also be granted.
