How is co-registration configured?

For these substances, where ONAY Mühendislik provides consultancy, joint registration (MBDF) organisation, data-sharing arrangements, technical dossier scope and cost allocation are structured in accordance with KKDİK and competition-law principles. Participating companies are charged according to their own tonnage bands and legal obligations.

Factors that determine the price

The following factors are taken into account when determining joint registration prices:

• Tonnage band of the substance (1–10 t/y, 10–100 t/y, 100+ t/y etc.),
• Current status and data scope of the leading technical file,
• The nature of the data sets to be shared within the scope of joint registration,
• Technical and administrative coordination studies carried out during the registration process.

Under this model, joint registration fees are based on fair, transparent and traceable allocation of data-generation, dossier-management and coordination costs among participants. Participation provides licensed access to the data in the lead dossier and supports coordinated management of the registration process.

What's included and what's not included in the price

Specified joint registration prices; It is directly related to the preparation and management of the leader file, and data entry of participating companies into the KKS system, in-house processes or out-of-scope requests are not included in these fees. Such additional requests are evaluated as a separate service if needed.
