Foreign manufacturers exporting chemicals to Türkiye must complete KKDİK registration through a Türkiye-based Only Representative. Registration has two stages: interim (pre-)registration and full registration with a complete technical dossier by 30 September 2026. ONAY Mühendislik manages both stages on your behalf.
The KKDİK registration process
First, your appointed Only Representative determines substance identity, your company role and the relevant tonnage band, then completes interim registration. Next, the full registration dossier is prepared — including physicochemical, toxicological and ecotoxicological data, exposure scenarios and, where required, a Chemical Safety Report — and submitted through the KKS system.
