Every hazardous chemical substance or mixture placed on the Turkish market must be accompanied by a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) prepared in Turkish, in line with KKDİK and the SEA (CLP-equivalent) regulation. ONAY Mühendislik prepares and updates compliant Turkish SDSs authored by certified experts.
What a compliant Turkish SDS requires
A KKDİK-compliant SDS must follow the 16-section format, use correct SEA classification and labelling, include Turkish-specific exposure and regulatory information and, for hazardous mixtures, reference the UFI code. SDS authoring in Türkiye must be performed by a certified chemical assessment expert (KDU).
Why work with ONAY
ONAY prepares SDSs as part of end-to-end compliance, ensuring consistency between your registration, classification, label and UFI/PCN notification.
